Timmo....glad to hear you are doing well. Thanks for dropping by and maybe I will take your recommendation and try some pilates classes. They are offered with yoga as well at the gym I attend, so maybe I need to go more often and check it out. That will help you too with building back up for skiing. I am sure you are not giving up right?!

Hej Tim...great to hear from you again. Did get out in the snow but mostly for play, no serious skiing. Had plenty of it snow, but no time to get away. Glad you are doing better and that is a great for your spine and for health in general. Maybe I will do the same here at my end. I am going to take a look at some of your new photos here. All well here. Too sunny!! Going to be 34 today. Actually that's not bad. The air is dry, with a considerable north wind (from the desert). Sorry to hear about your back problems and the poorer conditions over in Sweden. (that remark may be censored here, haha). I'll be in Sweden in July or so - hoping for a good summer there. Have been watching the olympics and thinking I really must get back into some winter sports. Like the XC skiing we talked about before.

Oh...and yes....I am loving it!! We had 18 inches (45 cm)fall Saturday to Sunday and right now it is snowing and expected to continue until midnight tomorrow night, Wed. Possibly another 18 inches on top of what we have! Yippee, we might go skiing!

Tim thanks for the birthday wishes and not belated at all because today is my birthday. Sounds like despite your back issue that you are doing better. I have never been snowshoeing, but think it has to be awesome exercise. Thanks for all the information. I will keep that in mind. Take care and keep in touch and safe trip back. Tim, sorry to hear that. But you are making the best it seems out of a not so great situation and are still able to get out in the snow and enjoy. We have no snow here at all. I kind of crave that. I wilsh it would dump alot and then get some skiing in to myself. Plan on ice skating maybe this weekend. Been too long. The "Aurora".....never seen it! One day....need to be further north!!! Sorry to hear that about your back Timmo....why don't you try physical therapy! I know a PT in Stockholm who might be able to recommend someone where you are. Do you want me to contact him for you? That beats giving up or surgery! or losing your plans. Let me know! Not the best of starts to the New Year .....sending you hopes for a speedy recovery and get back to me on the PT thing...or I can give you his number if you some how let me know your email?
