Hej allesammans!!!

 

As lots of them can know I originally come from Hungary but in this year I am an EVS volunteer in North Sweden. I live in Anaset, between Umea and Skelleftea in Vasterbotten county in this little village, which has a population of around 700 people, so you can imagine how quiet can be it 700 km far up from Stockholm!:)

 

As far I was working in a Youth Club there in Anaset between 13-16 years old youths, and I will work from the middle of August as well, but only in an other little village in Robertsfors!

 

I am very glad that I can take part in this project even if I didn't have too much tasks till today, I could see the Nordic Light in Saxnas during our Easter holiday, I could take part in 2 Youth Exchanges during the last 5 months, once in Anaset and once in Cracow, Poland!!!

 

That one was a very big present to me as actually we couldn't have gone with my French volunteer mate, but as we were the last chance, finally we went!!!:)

 

I hope in the second period of my project will also happen such pleasant presents like these and I can get to know much more the Swedish youths!!! I really would like to know and meet with them as well as with anybody who will visit or stay in Sweden in this year, so if you want you can write to me with pleasure!!!:)

 

And of course everybody is free to leave me a message or a photo comment!!! I am planning to continue uploading my photos and to share my experiences in the future as well on my blog what I also recommand to you!!!

It looks like things are not going as she hoped. I am going to see if I can do something to help. I hope you are happy in Hungary. I am doing a lot of teaching here in China.   • I spontaneously went down to Gothenburg with some friends and partied and watched the fireworks. wandered around the city until morning. It was really fun. You should go to Gothenburg. it is a beautiful city .. I do not have any pictures from New Year's Eve on facebook yet. But maybe I will soon.Have you been in Sweden for a long time now? kram

  • Oh yeah, it's cold here -22C. Not as much snow though. Got kind of worried it was a warm winter in the begining and then all of a sudden got frozen cold! I am good. I'm on my Jullov ^_^ its nice to take a break from class and spend more time with my kids. Missing my family in the states is a lot harder during the holidays for me. How about you? Anything new?
