Nature Travels - Outdoor Holidays Sweden

Welcome to my page

Hi,

I work for Nature Travels, the UK specialists for outdoor experiences in Sweden. We work with small-scale local providers in Sweden to offer a wide range of summer and winter holidays in Sweden, from canoeing to dog sledding to romantic log cabin adventures.

I was born in the UK and am married to a great Swedish girl from Vaxholm, out in the beautiful Stockholm archipelago. We met many years ago when I was a poor English teacher working for Folkuniversitet in Lund.

My Swedish isn't perfect but it's getting better all the time. I love Sweden - the landscape, the wildlife, the food, the language and culture, and am lucky enough to have a job that takes me there regularly.

As well as regular trips for work, we have a summer house out in the archipelago, which is such a rare luxury for an Englishman!

I think the idea of a online Sweden community is great (well done Tommy!), and I'm enjoying enormously the chance to share and read others' views on this amazing country.

Regards

Bob
