HI .welcome in my Cos space , I .LIVE IN THE NORTH OF DENMARK, WHICH IS PART OF THE SCANDINAVIAN COUNTRIES. WE ARE SMALL COUNTRY GEOGRAGHICALLY AND THE POPULATION is just 5,5 MILL .EVERY WHERE IN DENMARK YOU´RE CLOSE TO THE COAST and GREAT BEACHES. - . In general I think that there`s lots to gratefull about and I`m happy to live here.  I LOVE all of SCANDINAVIA.NORWAY IS VERY BEAUTIFULL WITH ITS MOUNTAINS AND FJORDS.DENMARK A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.SWEDEN has a deep place in my heart AND I GO THERE AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE. YOU´RE WELCOME TO READ ,HOW I FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS COUNTRY, IN ONE OFF my  STORIES.SINCE GØTEBORG IS CLOSE TO MY HOMETOWN IN DENMARK- (2 HOURS BY FERRYBOAT) IT HAS BECOME MY FAVOURITE SWEDISH TOWN. I GO THERE FOR CULTURAL EVENTS, CONCERTS- OPERA-BOOK FAIR AND LOTS MORE. FAVORITE  AREAS IN GØTEBORG IS LINNEGATAN, MAJORNA, HAGA.and the coastline DURING THE YEARS I HAVE  visited OTHER parts OF Sweden, ENJOYING THE BEAUTIFULL SWEDISH NATURE  : THE LAKES, RED WOODEN HOUSES, RIVERS, THE MOUNTAIN S. AND BY MISTAKE ´- been driving through  BIG AREAS OF FORREST, YOU CAN DRIVE FOR HOURS-WITHOUT SEEING ANYTHING ELSE THAN THE ROAD, and, TREES, TREES (THE TRIP WILL PROBABLY  BE THE NEXT STORY OF MINE).The best of Sweden:  Astrid Lindgren,Abba, Allsang på Skansen, Bo Kasper, Dalarheste,Lisa Ekdahl, Gøteborg,Greta Garbo,Ted Gardestad, Køtbullar med lingonsylt,Pugh Rogefelt,Korv med mos, Røde træhuse, swedish nature, Stieg Larsson,Så, som i himlen, Selma Lagerløf,Tina Nordstrøm, nice swedish people, Ulf Lundell, Taube, anglagård 1-2,Bjørn Afzelius, Maya Hiraswa.......NOW I would like to hear something about you and your passions in life..

No i don't speak swedish but yes i've great passion for this amazing country & i consider myself lucky because i often have the possibility to visit sweden !! Kulturkalaset was wonderful, i really like GBG, it would be fine to come this summer but we'll spent holidays in Italy !! I never visited Denmark, just Helsingør last winter, very very nice !!!!!   • Hi Dorthe. There are many midsummer traditions in Italy. I can only tell you something about the midsummer tradizion of Parma district that coincides on the eve of St. John's day ( June the23 ). The people are in the abit of to stay outdoors far into the night even eating a typical food : tortelli with beets, made with beets and butter-milk curd. We think that to be weet with dew of that night brings excellent luck. Early in the morning some people pick up nuts ( to make a typical spirit ) and five ears of corn ( for good luck ). I saw your new photos. Did you go to Goteborg ? You are very lucky to live near that beatiful city !Did you visit Haga too ? I remember when i went to Haga I ate a very good , enormous cake made with cinnamon. P.S. In Parma we have a tradition in common with Sweden ( maybe coming from Goth's invasion ) the worship of St. Lucy. Bye Sauro
