Yes I was naturally blond at birth. But through the years our hair colour changes dramatically&hellip;So all Swedish girls are not blond. I have also lived in Germany and often tried to travel as much as I could while the opportunity was there. What I do miss most from Sweden is the nature and the gentleness we Swedish people have.&nbsp;We do appreciate less things in life&hellip;.like the saying &ldquo;less is more&rdquo;. If you ever have been in an Ikea store, you would know what I mean, everything is clean lines, simple but it fills its function. So are we Swedish people, simple, but we do fill and important factor in the world. for being such a small country. We have lots to offer, I think that living abroad for that long has made me more Swedish, I try to keep the traditions, the culture and even the cooking&hellip;.I enjoy the quality of life, understanding that life is to short to be mad, complain or simply just waste time. Live today you never know what tomorrow will bring&rdquo;. My family here consists of a lovely husband, 2 beautiful girls, 2 goats and 1 dog. Welcome to my page

Hello and Welcome to my page, i am from Sweden and I have been living abroad in Canada for 10 years. Yes I was naturally blond at birth.

But through the years our hair colour changes dramatically…So all Swedish girls are not blond. I have also lived in Germany and often tried to travel as much as I could while the opportunity was there. What I do miss most from Sweden is the nature and the gentleness we Swedish people have.

We do appreciate less things in life….like the saying “less is more”. If you ever have been in an Ikea store, you would know what I mean, everything is clean lines, simple but it fills its function. So are we Swedish people, simple, but we do fill and important factor in the world. for being such a small country. Hi Gittan. Hope you're well. We've been lazy and inactive on CoS recently. We are now in SW France but heading back to Sweden in two days time. Keeping fingers crossed for clearish roaqds through northern Europe and hoping to get 'home' on sommar dack!..Hope you had a good Xmas and have a great New Year.

Hej, allow me to say "namaste" to you as well, I hope the best for you and your family this holiday season. I started COS just before last Fall and it took me a while to discover what St.Lucia's day was. When I read what is was it sounded like such a lovely tradition... so lalthough I am Germanand Scottish American I am celebrating St. Lucia's day with the Swedish each year!
