Indeed, Lapland is lovely, something that stays forever in the mind/memory, something to dream about, to do over and over again in these dreams, hoping you will ever return. It's a space and a place where you become one with nature, where you forget usual life, where you go through a catharsis like my girlfriend said. It was really strange coming back, rolling back into 'normal' life. I'm thinking about hiking in Sarek next time, on the bus to Gällivare I saw already the start of my following project, in form of a ferryboat going to Saltoluokta to continue the trail till Kvikkjokk :-) --> going to need your book again...

Hej Sander (Trekking in Zweden = leuk en zeer nuttig boek, heb er uren in gelezen !), I bought your book last February. I've spend hours and hours reading it. You brought me to the idea of going to Lapland and do the Kungsleden, wherefor thanks, because I had the most surreal and splendid experience in my 26 years of lifetime !

Hi Sander's and thanks for your friendship, when I visit for the first time nex summer, I hope to do lots of walking and to fit in as many of the special beauty spots as possible, rather than just do the touristy route. Hej Sander. In your book you wrote that after Alep Gássavárásj you crossed the Suottasjjågåasj when you went direction Gisuris. Do you remember where you crossed the glacierstream? I read in another script that the crossing near the Alep Gássavárásj is quite difficult because of the sediment that the stream left behind there.

Hello Sander, This year we don,t have to much time to travel 6 days ,we will go to the Jantslandfjallen , hiking on snowboots with no tent we will take the huts like Blahammeren Gasen Helgas ect. Mabey next year we will go to Sarek again , but yeah me and my friend are getting also older and to travel in the winter time isn,t so easy anymore for us ,not conditional but the cooking and staying along time in the tent sitting on your knees . We have to plan a trip in the autumn . Best Regards, Peter
