Important information: the problem with uploading new profile photos should now be fixed. We're very sorry for the frustration this has caused. The problem occured together with an update of the CoS dynamic page titles.

(Message to all members) CommunityOfSweden.com has gotten it's biggest update so far: Groups! Anyone can create a group and other members can then join this group and discuss the group's subject and upload relevant photos. A group can be about a city, an activity, perhaps a swedish musician or something else. You decide! You'll find the new Groups section in the top navigation. Check it out and enjoy! :)

That's 4 lanes each way of course... Oh and the bike was red and really one of a kind up in Vancouver. So it was worth the effort. Serious street cred... :o)

Hey LA! Good to hear you're enjoying Cali life. Laughed at your raccoon comment. Your mum is behaving herself here on CoS, don't worry! When I was a kid we spent 4 summers down in Huntington Beach. It was very low-key then, probably crazy these days. We body-surfed, rode skateboards along the beach walk, and I actually bought a Schwinn beach cruiser, you know the old style ones. This was in the late 70s. Anyway on that occasion I was there on my own, visiting from Vancouver Canada where I grew up. So I bought the bike while on holiday in H Beach, then when it was time to fly home I RODE the bike to the airport, packed it up in a bike box and flew home. I seriously RODE along 4-lane highways and stuff for like half a day to get to the airport. How crazy... I guess LA can do that to you!
Yeah!!!! It was great to hear from you. I know you are so busy, but I hope you will fill us in. It must be so odd to come from one country and be in a place like L.A. I have been there twice and it is surreal on many accounts. Beautiful and crowded, so many rich and "beautiful" people. I tried to check out your blog and I forget to have Gunnar tell me what I was doing wrong! Doing great; made a lot of advances in health! Working this summer and looking forward to a quick road trip in the fall. Luckily Gunnar is still working. Great to hear from you and many hugs!
