Welcome to my page

Greetings,
 
I am an international Swede with a strong feel for 'the locals' of wherever I live.
 
I was born in Switzerland, but moved to the UK at the age of five where I spent 27 years. The past 7 years has been spent moving around from the UK to Sweden and France mainly. I was brought up a Swede with a close affinity with nature.
 
In Sweden, My family comes mainly from Bohuslän and Stockholm originally, but from all over the place. I have only lived in Sweden for 4 months officially, but have always had one passport, Swedish. 
 
I love all cultures of the world. It would take me many lifetimes to discover what I wished, so life is not boring. I love  nature and open society.
 
My work is Security and dog training. Hobbies are writing and painting (specialised) as well as sailing, skiing (when I can afford and have time for it!), bridge, chess, snooker etc and projects!
 
It has been a pleasure to find this site and am pleased to see that there is a Swedish newspaper in English as my Swedish needs much improvement. There is also a French newspaper in English. English is the international language and still evolving and I am lucky enough to be able to utilise and share this as well as other Languages, but do not see English to be a dominant language more as a universal one as I am all for diversity and love all languages, even though I am an amateur in many.
 
Right now I am based in the French riviera occupying myself with boats, security tourism and dogs as well as soaking in the diverse culture pool 'in this neck of the woods'

Anyone can create a group and other members can then join this group and discuss the group's subject and upload relevant photos.
