I like it!

 

It was 05 August 2008, when I arrived at Arlanda airport without any luggage. They left it at the Københavns Lufthavn.  So with an emergency package I received from the hostess I took the “Fly Bus” to Stockholm and then with “Tunnelbana (Red-Line) from T-centralen to Ropsten” towards the Youth Hostel  “Backpackers Inn”.  At the airport they promised to deliver my luggage at the YH the next morning round 6-am. Around 8am I took breakfast and yes with my luggage back to the Arlanda airport where I flow to Kiruna at 11:30.

 

 

Then 5 days later came back from Kiruna in Stockholm and stayed at the “City Lodge Hostel”.  That evening I went to “Jensen’s Bøfhus”  where I had a good dinner.   I forgot to have a drink at the Belgobaren  The next morning I had a few hours time to see a very small part of Stockholm where I went to small Museum island and then to Gamla stan the nearest interesting place.  There was not much time, so at 11am the “Fly Bus” took me back to “Arlanda Airport”

First short night in Stockholm without luggage.

 

 

Few day's later returned for a longer period (12h) into the city.

A smaal visit to the Museum of Modern Art on Skeppsholmen.Like some small gatu on Gamla Stan is the Stora Hopargrand one of them.
As a Belgian citizen I must be obliged to visit the bar but after two visits I didn't get in.

  • Daniel, In Holland i can take only 25 holidays,When we go to the north we fly from Amsterdam to Stockholm and then directly with an domestic flight to the north most of the times to Lulea or Kiruna and to walk with underwear in the winter and tights , (dat is een goeie !!!!!)
