Greetings,
I'm sure all the Stieg Larsson fans in Sweden have read it twice by now, but I just managed to get a copy of the third novel in the Millennium series The Girl Who Kicked The Hornet's Nest.
It's slated for North American release in May. I hope to publish another travel story in a Canadian newspaper outlining the spots in Stockholm that feature in the book. If all goes well, the publication of the travel story will co-incide with the North American release of the book.
I'm only a few pages in, but already it's a page-turner. Larsson was certainly able to make a seamless switch from journalism to pot-boiler fiction. It's the kind of writing that seems simple as you read it, but in reality it's very difficult to do well.
I'll publish a review of Community of Sweden when I'm done reading the book. In the meantime, visitors to my CoS page can read about my travels last summer to Skane and Stockholm in a trip arranged arround the settings of Larsson's Millennium series and Henning Mankell's Wallander's novels.
