I like it!
If you every want to experince a real midsommer then get yourself to Riksgransen. It in the north or Sweden inside the artic circle on the border of norway & sweden near the norwegien town of Narvik. It is mostly a ski area and the resort opens very late (about February) in the winter season because its still to dark to see. On this midsommer weekend there is skiing available & the lifts were free before they close for the summer months. After about 3 days of skiing & partying, sometimes skiing at 10-11pm at night (although it was full sunshine) it was difficult to know what time of day it was or should i be eating breakfast or dinner. I remeber one night/day after skiing till 11pm going to the nightclub & the sun coming backup & shinning on the dancefloor at 1am in the morning ahhh...going to sleep is the worst because you just don't know what time of day it is, an anologe watch that says 11 o'clock might mean its 11 in the morning or 11 at night & there is no difference in the amount of sunlight. The skiing was fun with heaps of spring like snow with lots of sunbaking & Fika brakes by my swedish friends. It was one of the most memorable and surreal experiences i have had anywhere.

There are three kinds of stories:
Travel: these are all about the holidays and travel memories. Recommendations: these could be about the best shopping places in Stockholm or the must see places in the Swedish Lapland. Anything: these can be stories about Swedish midsummer celebrations, food or thoughts in general.
